Innovative Direct, INC. is looking for experienced B2B Direct Marketing Sales Professionals to join our Tier One, National Automotive Direct Marketing Agency!
Ideal candidates will have local automotive knowledge—as well as experience selling to auto dealerships.
These exciting opportunities will require a Sr. Territory Sales and Marketing Professional who can provide a high level of service and attention to new and existing clients.
Territory Sales Representative Responsibilities:
- Responsible for generating advertising sales by selling direct mail advertising, technology, and marketing to large and medium-sized franchise automotive dealers
- Negotiate deals with clients, translating into revenues and profits
- Oversee the development and implementation of innovative programs, processes, and practices, in response to direct mail advertising campaigns for automotive dealerships
- Use sales strategies to maintain and grow our new and existing customer base
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment
Territory Sales Representative Requirements:

- Automotive experience and/or experience selling advertising or direct mail to the automotive sector as well as outside sales experience
- Must be trustworthy and comfortable with an inside/outside sales environment (95% outside-5% in a home office)
- Possess strong interpersonal communication skills with clients
- Ability to negotiate deals in a professional manner
- Must be a sales rep with a genuine love for the sale as well as the relationship after the sale (we have a 90% client retention rate)
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Must be skilled at SalesForce or a comparable CRM system
